Job Description
Front of House (FOH)
Service: Handling reservations, greeting and seating guests, and providing table service
Cashier: Processing payments using the POS system
Beverages & Desserts: Preparing drinks and desserts
Food Service: Delivering dishes and clearing tables
Operations: Assisting with store operations & profit management, and supporting staffing and workforce planning
Back of House (BOH)
Plating: Food plating and basic vegetable/ingredient preparation
Food Prep: Preparing meats, vegetables, sauces; monitoring ingredient quality and safety
Cooking: Preparing menu items and plating dishes for service
Inventory Management: Managing ingredient control, receiving goods, placing orders, and maintaining raw material inventory
Job Requirement
University degree or above
