Job Description
Learning the operational processes of a refined brunch restaurant
Hands-on operation and training at the four main workstations:
a. Grill Station: Heat control, ingredient grilling, and ingredient preparation
b. Bread Station: Knife skills and bread baking techniques
c. Customer Service & Cashier: Customer reception and sales recommendations; POS system training
d. Beverage Station: Beverage preparation, coffee making, and latte artMeal quality control and food hygiene & safety training
Training on opening and closing store procedures
