We named it “Second Floor” because in a city filled with skyscrapers, the second floor won’t be an office space, nor a business establishment; the second floor is a home where we find spiritual refuge, and where warmth begins. Second Floor aims to bring customers the purest feeling of “home,” offering a warm and comfortable atmosphere and thoughtfully crafted, creative New American cuisine. Job Description
Prepare dishes according to recipes.
Manage and control the order of food preparation and service.
Receive training in cooking techniques (deep-frying, pan-frying, stir-frying, cold station).
Able to stand for long periods and work in high-temperature environments.
