Job Description

  • Participate in marketing strategy formulation and assist in developing annual and quarterly marketing plans and budget allocations.

  • Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, including promotional initiatives, social media management, and content marketing.

  • Conduct data tracking and performance analysis; generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable optimization recommendations.

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure the seamless execution and progression of marketing projects.

  • Perform market trend research and competitor analysis to gain deep insights into consumer needs and industry dynamics.

  • Support brand content strategy and copywriting to elevate brand image and enhance consumer engagement.

Job Requirement

  • Relevant experience in marketing planning or a strong foundation in marketing concepts is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to drive projects forward in cross-functional team environments.

  • Possess a strong analytical mindset and data sensitivity, with the ability to translate data insights into strategic marketing decisions.

  • Deep passion for the beauty and wellness industries, coupled with a strong enthusiasm for brand marketing.

  • A creative thinker who is self-motivated, proactive, and possesses a strong growth mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.
