Job Requirement
1. Answer customer service hotline calls and reply to customer emails
2. Handle customer complaints
3. Track goods for customers
4. Communicate with manufacturers and customers to meet their needs (English correspondence required)
5. Internal communication and liaison
6. Prepare shipping documents
7. Maintain relationships with existing customers
8. Assist in business development (document preparation, telephone interviews, accompanying visits, etc.)
9. Other tasks assigned by supervisors
